I need a door for my workshop so today I’m making a MDF door! I’m also using parts from an old reclaimed door to make the window in my new door. The reclaimed door is solid mahogany and this will be used on future projects.

How to Block Up a Garage Door – Making a Small Workshop (Part 3)

In Part 3 of my workshop upgrade I’m blocking up a garage door. This greatly helps sound insulation, heat insulation and gives me an extra wall to put stuff on. It also doesn’t change the look of the building from the outside, which is an added bonus.

Welcome to Part 2 in my Workshop v2.0 upgrade series! Today I’m finishing off the temporary partition walls by cladding them in MDF. MDF is strong, easy to paint, offers great sound and heat insulation and is easy to attach stuff to.
