Order & delivery times

Please refer to this page for shipping information and approximate timescales for deliveries. Deliveries to the European Union

As of 1st July 2021 the EU have removed the lower VAT-free threshold of €22 for small orders. This means ALL orders to the EU may have import duties added by customs on delivery. Orders will be sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). That means you (the customer) must pay any additional import fees and VAT when your product arrives. The amount will vary by country and the entire system is out of our control. Items can be held up in customs for lengthy periods of time due to these changes by the EU.

Returns of digital items

Digital items, such as downloaded plans, cannot be returned.

Returns of custom made items

Due to their bespoke nature, items that are custom made to order cannot be returned.

Returns of physical items

For UK orders, physical items that fall outside the scope of the above can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item back within a further 14 days. Orders from outside the UK cannot be returned.

Return conditions

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right to refuse your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order and are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. If we do refuse your order, due to stock levels or any other reason, you will be issued with a full refund.
